TA-Pas Labelling System

The TA-PAS System is a fast two-component protein-ligand interaction system. One component is the small synthetic label called “TA-Label” (<1000 Da). The second component is the “PAS-Antibody” which binds the “TA-Label” with high specificity and efficiency.
The TA-PAS System supports a large number of applications including immobilization, enrichment or detection of antibodies, other proteins, primers and other nucleic acids. The TA-PAS System is a simple yet elegant system to link TA labelled molecules in assays by exploiting the high affinity to PAS capture antibody. 

Polystreptavidin Coating Solution

Polystreptavidin R is a chemically modified polymerized Streptavidin characterized by an extraordinary high Biotin binding capacity. Polystreptavidin R coatings on solid phases offer a universal immobilization principle for the detection and analysis of proteins, peptides, PCR-fragments, haptens etc., which must be present in a biotinylated form. Coatings made of Polystreptavidin R combine the excellent binding capacity with a high chemo and thermo stability and a long shelf life. It is suitable for coatings of membranes, beads, biochips, plastics etc.

Polystreptavidin Coating Kit Glass

Streptavidin binds very tightly to the small molecule Biotin. Streptavidin coating of solid phases offers a universal immobilization principle for the detection and analysis of proteins, peptides, PCR-fragments, haptens etc., which must be present in biotinylated form. As a further development BioTeZ offers a polymerized Streptavidin, the Polystreptavidin R, characterized by an extraordinary high Biotin binding capacity. Coatings made of Polystrept R combine the excellent binding capacity with a high chemo and thermo stability. It is very suitable for coating membranes, beads, biochips, plastics, glass etc. Polystreptavidin R is part of this set of reagents, which has been supplemented by a special solution for pre-coating. 

Streptavidin Coating Kit

Streptavidin binds very tightly to the small molecule Biotin. Streptavidin coating of solid phases offers a universal immobilization principle for the detection and analysis of proteins, peptides, PCR-fragments, haptens etc., which must be present in biotinylated form.
As a further product BioTeZ offers a polymerized Streptavidin, the Polystreptavidin R, characterized by an extraordinary high Biotin binding capacity (MC coating = maximum capacity). Coatings made of Polystrept R combine the excellent binding capacity with a high chemo and thermo stability. It is very suitable for coating membranes, beads, biochips, plastics etc.
 Streptavidin is part of this set of reagents, which has been supplemented by a special solution for pre-coating. The additional pre-coating serves to improve the outcome and should be used especially for very inert surfaces to ensure a high quality coating. The coating procedure starts with the pre-coating step.

Streptavidin Poly-HRP

The Poly-HRP labelled recombinant Streptavidin is produced by covalent conjugation of recombinant Streptavidin to highly activated Poly-HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase). Poly-HRP labels are characterized by high measurement signal amplification and low unspecific bonding. It is used to bind biotinylated compounds. The conjugated Poly-HRP provides enzyme activity for detection using an appropriate substrate system. It is provided in a conjugate stabilizer containing a preservative.

Streptavidin Coated Microplates

12 x 8-well strips and frame, C well, polystyrene strips, clear, breakable (C8 Lockwell Maxisorp).This approach is especially useful for molecules which cannot be immobilised via passive adsorption (e.g. peptides, carbohydrates, haptens, hydrophilic compounds) or are denatured by random hydrophobic interaction. Applications include EIA techniques, DNA hybridisation assays, quantification of PCR products and receptor-ligand studies.

Biotin Labelling Kit

The BioTeZ Biotinylation Kit contains the reagents for the labeling of antibodies and other proteins and the purification of the biotinylated product.
The coupling reaction takes place at primary amino groups on the target molecule using a N-Hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester-activated biotin, which form stable amide bonds. Proteins generally have a sufficient number of amino groups for coupling, both N-terminal and lysine residues. In this kit, Sulfo-NHS-LC Biotin (sulfosuccinimidyl-6-[biotin-amido] hexanoate) is used, that contains a spacer group with 6 carbon atoms and a length of 22,4 Å to increase the distance between the target molecule and the biotin groups.
